We had great pleasure visiting Hothorpe Hall on consecutive days last week-end. Windy and changeable weather was forecast but fortunately we escaped any rain for both Weddings. Claire and Carl only had to travel a mile from Hothorpe to Theddingworth Church so we incorporated an extended route via the village of Mowsley on the return journey to the reception. No need for an extension to Shelley and Richard"s route as as it is quite some distance from Stretton on Dunsmore. Nice country roads and not too many cars around.

We have visited Hothorpe Hall many times over the years and have always found the staff very caring and  accommodating towards the Wedding party. It was with some interest that I was able to see part of the new development of The "Woodlands" Facility. This is a wonderfully positioned second Wedding environment to compliment the Hall itself. A new entrance drive is nearly finished (we will avoid the cattle grids on the old entrance track) and I am told that The Woodlands will be finished in May. We look forward to chauffeuring more couples to Hothorpe in the future and wish continued success to this prestigious and attractive venue.
