A Rare Visit To The Small Leicestershire Village Of Shenton.

Sunday provided a brief respite from the wet days we are currently experiencing. Both cars got very wet and muddy on Saturday and required a couple of hours cleaning before today's wedding. Thank goodness we escaped with a dry day. The arrival of the Badsworth was a pleasant surprise for Katie as she was expecting a taxi! Also waiting at the house were two immaculate silver XJ Jaguars for bridesmaids etc. www.mgbdrivingservices.com also based in Burbage. The wedding was in the lovely village of Shenton - well known locally for its aquaduct (canal over the road). A favourite place to visit on our bikes when I was a boy! The reception was at Market Bosworth Rugby Club, of which the groom Michael is events organiser. The major event of the year for him to organise!. A Lovely "country" wedding.
